wait seriously i think petsmart takes in cats that are without a home and they do not euthanize.
at least that's how the one local to me works...
if there's a petsmart local to you try to contact them and see if they can take any.

That was one of the organization I was planning on calling. Its actually a resuce that uses Petsmart as a "base," BUT they say on there website there is a waiting list to get cats in there, which really isnt feasible for this situation. I would love for all these cats to be adopted though.

i know of a place around here that takes in cats but thats a bit too far for you to go with them

sorry didnt see it! i was just talking to one of the guys and apparently they're all gone. The one guy took the mommy and babies yeasterday, but the other cats have yet to be seen today. I guess problem solved?

if they come back;

if you do catch them my boss is on the board of the spay/neuter club so i can probably get them fixed and put in homes or whatever

i know it SOUNDS ****ed up, but make a posting on craigslist that you have a problem with strays and you're going to shoot the cats. ask some stupid question like a recomendation on what kind of rounds to use to shoot the cats and kill them without too much mess, chances are someone will respond offering to come catch them if you don't kill them. ( i'm serious )

I came across this today. Its not the cheapest one on the market, but it apparently works the best and at least has a guarentee is if doesn't.

Its better then going through all the stress of finding them homes/shelters if they do decide to come back.

Thanks Steph, I think Ill print it out and show them. I think $50 is worth it if it works, better then spending x-amount of dollars every 3 months for powder.

The craigslist thing wouldnt be too far off from the problem Im having right now anyways, my boss wants to poison them all.
