powerband? how about 32 psi at 6200 til redline at 10k.
in the video the boost does seem like it comes on violent but it isnt to bad at all when ur in the car, at the track on lower boost it pulled at 10.8 @ 140 with a bad 60' and no traction til top of 3rd gear. et drags would work a lot better.

its a fully built 3.0 motor and a full race prepped head
yea i was hoping to go over 45 psi on the turbo but i just never got the chance to try i used to have the car out a lot years ago, but since upgrading to a gt47 turbo i havent driven it that much in the past 2 years prob about 2k miles around town + driving to the track.

Wow. Sounds like you would benefit from some taller gearing. Hell, I'd bet you could stuff a "highway ratio" rear (< 3:1) in that thing and still be doing mach1 in the 1/8. What do you have in there now?

What (if any) different tires have you tried on the car ? I'm in the process now of trying to pick out tires for my AWD Talon that will hopefully see 650-700 + awhp in a 2700 lb. car. My problem is the car see's more street time than track time. My first thought was the Hoosier Quick Time radials which would be one of my better track choices, although a possible death ride on the street. I've also been thinking about Nitto DR's which would be much more street friendly, yet certainly far from the ultimate track tire at those power levels along with such a light car. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
P.S.- That's a beautiful car you have there. I've always wanted one but my mortgage and wife won't permit it ! Hope to see you out and about this year. Best of luck. Dave

who assembled your motor? and what head? and why rock 45 psi? thats asking for trouble.. hell 42 psi is considered "standard" and personally i think its still borrowed time. and the you have a 4788 and you spool that fast? wth is done to your head? and numbers? |

the motor was specced by titan motorsports
the head is also a race port titan motorsports, with 1mm oversized valves full ferrea valvetrain ppl on this turbo go higher then 45 psi and have held up pretty well considering the amount of times they drag raced their cars. i know wat is standard and i also know wats proven. a good tune with aggressive timing has given most ppl 32 psi by around 6200 rpms. the car made over 900 whp at 28 psi. and that was getting the tune right after that the dyno wasnt reading properly and wouldnt let me record the graph right.
