Anyone work at T-mobile??

Please PM me I am having some serious problems with my phone and all the customer service sucks im on my 2nd phone (t-mobile dash) and I dont want to get a new one cause my last one was ****ing up too I want them to give me a diferent phone, or I will just have to cancel my plan..if anyone can help me out or pull a few strings, shoot me a PM

you must be rude to the customer service to have problems with them. ive NEVER had a problem with them and been with them over 8 years even before they were tmobile.

No its not that, but the Dash in my experience is a problematic phone, my family has been using t-mobile for almost 8 years, and all they can do is "give me another dash" that I will have to return again, and at that point have out of pocket costs because the warranty plan will expire...they should give me a different phone of ~ price, all they are offering me is to buy the phones with small rebates, the cheapest PDA phone is like 180, and it doenst have near as many features as my dash...I just dont like that.

hey its not my fault that they sell **** phones

they probbably sent me a refurb and thats probbably why its ****ing up, but I got someone whos gona look into it

i just started the plan in september and i went through the first phone in 2 weeks... then the one i have now has been ****ed up since the day i got it... just kinda said **** it. i will be sending it back now that the speaker blew.
