yea this came up on a the mazda forums about 2 weeks ago. they just made a one time convertible for a mazda event which is the first picture. but yes, if they did make them, i would love it.

this is ur second thread on this rx8 convert. and we already told u they only made one and its not going into production. they sell 5,000 rx8s a year and they really doubt that they will add much to that pathetic number by hacking the roof off.

do you really think that if the tst community wanted to hear about news on the rx8 they would hope for a thread from YOU?

I've looked everywhere and nowhere does it say they made more then one. Every magazine and website says it's a one off parade car. Could you please post up the link to where you got your information from, I'd be intrested in reading it, thanks.
