If I read the story correctly he did not pay any money. He was ordered to pay 1500 a month plus 66k back support but not until the appeal was settled. The appeal is settled, he should not have to pay nor should he have paid anything. Anything he has paid should be returned, if it is not and this ruling stands then he has grounds to sue for the money.

they said he would have had to come up with 66K for back support. So at this point he has to pay nothing more... If the story about it being a contract is true, then screw her and get the money back. I wouldn't care what people would call me for sueing her. Its like 50K+. Im sorry but that is enough to get really really mad over. Its not like where its 5K where you can just say "AHHH screw it"
