I didnt even as because I knew it was aot. I got to look through it through and play around wih it, I was able to look at 1 end of the convention center to the other and this place was huge!

I know. It seems like overkill in most situations. If you bought the right kind of lens you could just crop the picture to your liking instead of making up for quality/sharpness with a bigger zoom.
