I highly doubt it. A cop would know not to do that because its pretty much a textbook definition of entrapment.

Say the charger did that, and you took the bait and raced him. Any charges against you should be dropped, because the officer put you in a situation where you broke the law- but wouldnt have had he not interfered.

Yes they know that but how many people out there know to fight it. That was my thought when I was told it but then thought about it. I fighting tinting right now. Apparently the "law" the police are enforcing is just a guideline. Found info about the federal safety law that states that cars in pa can have 30% and lower. Im going to court for it soon. Ill get off though.

I was reading about the tint laws youre referring to, and I decided that it wouldnt matter in court, so ill be interested to see if you get off.

But im fairly sure the police cant purposely entrap someone, and still charge them.

Tint meter gets thrown out and plus the cop changed the ticket. It said 30% on the one he gave me. Then the one I got in the mail it said 29%. FMVSS-205 I believe is the exact standard. Ill try to post up what happens. Court is Dec 7th.

The red one sounds sweet. Now do any of these have Hemi's. I know Doylestowns doesnt. They were worried about fuel economy.

Dude, they've had that car for over a year now, lol!

First time I saw it it was at night, in a dimly lit parking lot all by itself. Just enough light to make the thing just look absolutely bad ass. Only reason I knew he was a cop was because he was facing the road and across 2 parking spots.

But uh yeah, DO NOT speed through hilltown or through montgomeryville. You are asking to get pwned, they sit all over 309.

Relax, bud. When the dude with a drag Honda and a boosted daily that has had fast Honda's for years AND fabs his own parts tells the new kids on the block that they're doing it wrong, it's time to step back and learn something.

The Chargers in Trenton are suck ass! My friend is a mechanic for the TPD, they had to send almost half back just about as soon as they got them for different type of problems, and with the weight they got on them they aren't too fast, but they look so badass

I was reading somewhere most cop cars are usually stock with better heavy duty cooling and like better tires.

Lansdale's got a tinted bronze Impala too. I've seen that car in action numerous times.
