Assuming the computer with no floppy drive has a USB drive, you would copy the files from the usb drive to the hard drive and run the setup from the first disk. When it prompts you for the second disk "A:\setup" etc, change it to the location of where you have the second and third disks at.

it won't prompt for location, just wants you to insert the disk and press enter

Try copying all three disks to the same directory and then see if it will work.

If not why not try Dr-DOS/OpenDOS (http://www.drdosprojects.de/index.cgi/about.htm) or DOSBox (http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/news.php?show_news=1)

take out the HD, stick it into ur main machine as the slave copy all the files onto a temp. folder, put it back into the machine and run the setup from there...might want to copy some boot files on there too. USB floppys should boot up too ;)
