Hahaha usually i am the one to wave but this guy saw me coming up next to him and gave the sign.

I was just driving aimlessly so i pulled through the parking lot after turning and got back on the road and chased it

it was a SGM STi or wrx with STi wing... i didnt catch it really. 06/07 big exhaust etc. had a passenger.
