Yeah, and how come there are no illustrations in my Sports Illustrated? It's all photgraphs! I mean, come on!

1. No. Just no. Teh SRT-4 is teh faster as far as new cars, and nothing beats a Fox Mustang for fast on the cheap.
2. Again, Mod for mod, my SRT is cheaper than my buddies WRX, and evo's aren't "economy" either. I guess if you compare it to the raping you get trying to mod a BMW here in the states they are cheap, but again, a domestic V8 is a hell of a lot cheaper.
3. Inside joke? I dunno.
4. You can beat a 7/70 drivetrain standard? Besides, 2. pretty much negates this, regardless of Magnuson Moss. Unless you have a cool dealership.

I would say weather is a good excuse, but the Evo/Subie guys for the most part are about the same as the Gixxer/R1 guys. Thats what's in all the magazines, so that's what they buy.

And was wondering why everyone in Texas drives a corvette. Is it a weather thing?

Not to poke fun, but I hope you will at least understand the sarcasm.

i definitely understand and appreciate your sarcasm. my point is simply that your logic is flawed.

I see alec was banned off LS1tech. What's the story behind that? It's pretty hard to get banned over there as well.

Ok ok, how about a serious answer.

Because every other car is good at one or two things in one or two environments BUT the Evo and STi are good at everything, everywhere. You can't say they don't handle well because they do, they can outpower most things on the road, AND they can do it in every situation wether is be snow storm, heavy rain, or off road.
