Yeah it was converted to AWD. The city is only giving him 6K for it too which sucks, because their was no AWD spyders to check blue book value on.

All joking aside that really does suck. It looks like the garbage truck actually spun his tire into the rear bumper. I would sue for actual value if possible. Especially if he has the reciepts from the swap. Or pay for the car and swap everything into another one.
