Dude, its simple. Have her over. Make dinner and eat and all that crap. Get her on the couch with a nice tall cold ruffie colada. Pop in 300 and tell her you wanna roleplay it and she needs a roman war helmet.

Second-I'd go with a "chick flick" like everyone else said. Romantic Comedy should be just fine unless she's a little different and enjoy's watching people getting eaten by creatures running out of cave's.
