EIP Tuning Is no more...

Well After many posts on Vortex not that we closed there doors. EIP Tuning is no more. They screwed there last customer.. I can't believe it. They were a staple in the tuning community and among Vdubs. Now they are no more. Just thought I would share.

Yes I am waiting to get confirmation that the shop is closed but they are not shipping existing orders ect. It is a mess. I guess the 10+ law suits get to be to much.

Its a shame that the eip kit makes so much more power.

There software was always an issue. Plus when people would go stage 2 they would re sell the used stage 1 kits as new. HPA is getting there. And some of there kits are putting out over 500hp. Also C2 is making 15 kits should put out over 700hp there are so many other great vendors out there.

eip is retarted among blowing cars up on the dyno and then rebuilding them with USED parts and given back to the customer. It was only a matter of time, and the amount of lawsuits against them they had a lawsuit against them for 25k.....

We had a car that came to Good Vibes that was originally done by EIP Tuning. To say the least, the car is a mess!

I'v tried dealing with them a few times. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I had a few customers who were interested in having me install EIP turbo kits. I spent 20mins on hold every time I'd call to order something.

That's why I go through AWE now...Much better

I don't know about that number. That's what the HPA kit claims.
