Old member, New to me car

I was formerly GSXDCY up until today when i sold the eclipse to a nice guy from NY, he drove 7+ hours to pick it up and trailor it home today. These are some parting shots of the eclipse...

Replacing it will be a 1998 Cherokee Sport, Black on grey
Plans for it are 3 inch Rough Country suspension lift, 31x10.5 tires, and 15x8 black rims

a 3'' lift and 31's will be good for daily driving, my buddy had an xj for a while he did the same thing, rough country 4" lift and 32" tires. You will be suprised at how far that lift will take you. If you have any trouble with anything or need parts let me know. One of my friends works at quadratec, and i can also put you in contact with a jeep guy. His name is eric from ems offroad. He can do anything with a jeep. I also have a friend that can build you any bumpers or rocker gaurds if you want. LMK and i'll hook you up

Thanks alot, i go to school near pittsburgh and thats like 400 miles one way so i wanted something i can drive but that i can have some fun off road with, i wont be doing anything crazy with it so a 3inch should be fine for now, my main goal is to have it all blacked out.

my buddys xj was black with black wheels, it looked nasty, especially when he built a bumper for it.....but seriously if you do plan on off roading it at all i can get him to make rocker guards for you....they saved his ass a million times....they will be cheap we only live outside of west chester, so its not too far for you

Looks like the new owner should take care of it so there’s a good chance you’ll see it in the community from time to time.

And you get a thumbs up for trying to save money after college. Cars will always be around.
