If ordered from ticketmaster they may be able to send you new ones.

Ps I saw them and godsmack in NY and the show ****in rocked. And I don't listen to either of them, at all, never even heard of BB

I agree. Saw them with The Exies and Theory of a Deadman a couple years ago. Didnt know Ben was that nerdy and goofy looking, but they put on a damn good show.
