The reason ppl say DSM's aren't reliable and even their owners joke about it is because everybody that I've know who ever had a DSM (there have been many) races it. Everybody knows that when you start racing a car it doesn't matter the make/model of the car, somethings gonna break.

06evors is right. DSM's break because they have a history of abuse. They've been raced since their arrival here and will continue to be raced until who knows when.

Watch, I bet in 2016 or somewhere around there people will be complaining about how their WRX's are so much trouble and are so unreliable.

I just had this same talk with my dad. Down the line going to look for a wrx/evo/srt4 and they will all be beat and have a ton of miles on them. I definetly see it happening, in my eyes there more racing and driving of these cars then there was 10+ years ago when dsms were first coming out

lol? driving a car 9 hours without something breaking shouldn't be an acomplishment =P

i drove a saturn sc2 5200 miles on a road trip with a couple of friends, most of that was driving 12+ hours at a time
