anyone have a Zune?

My mom just purchased one for herself and it seems to have like no information with it. I figured out how to upload music to the zune program and just that was a PITA compared to my Ipod. Now I cant tell if its charging it looks like a plug is on the screen and thats it

I used to own a Zune but took it back because it kept turning off randomly. I actually found the uploading of music to be quite simple. I'm pretty sure theres a drop down option to add files to the library just like an ipod and after you have them in the ipod you have to "Sync" the Zune to your computer which you do by hitting a single button. I would have kept the Zune but it was pissing me off by shutting down randomly so I got an Ipod but other than that it was pretty good. if you need anymore help lemme know

Yea I understand the loading. But with Itunes I can go to add folder, and I do that add all my say Nirvana music to Itunes. With Zune I have to go to upload folder, go into the Nirvana folder then upload it by each individual Cd instead of uploading all the CDs at once like I can with Itunes. My laptop or our home computer wont seem to recognize the Zune after the programs are installed and the screen is still the battery screen (im assuming its saying it needs to be charged) after hours of charging
