Will your insurance find out? Depends.
Some run your license report on every renewal, some don't.

One thing is for sure, you can't change your policy or shop for a new for a long time.

For the record, never a point. I plead for mercy very well.

This thread had me thinking, I can't even remember the last time I was legitimately
pulled over and received a ticket. Has to be at least eight years.

i have 0 points...I have been pulled over 15+ times by Lower Makefield and Yardley borough in the past year without being given a ticket. They did take my license plate because of an error in penndots computer saying i didnt have insurance...My buddy lost his license and cant re-apply for his it till december 2010 lol

Any of you with all these point who haven't taken a safe driving course yet, I would reccomend it.

Easiest and most inexpensive two points I have got rid of.

How d'you find those and sign up for one? Got anymore details about it? I'm tempted t'do one, just to get rid of some of those points.

At my hearing-thinger the last time I had my license suspended, I asked my .. um, evaluator dude about what I could do to get more points off. But he said I couldn't do anything, which confused me. So he was lying?

you lose your license at 6 points.. if you go a certain amount of time without any points added (1 year?, i forget) 3 points come off.

Yup a year after yor last offense you lose 3 points.

this is nice, but if you get any moving violation within the next year its an automatic suspension...

so make sure u learned your lesson

In case you didn't read my earlier post, I'd learned my lesson a long time before I had my license suspended the second time. Please don't start me ranting on that entire story again. The last thing I need is a condescending attitude.

Anyway, like I asked .. Does anyone know anything about these 'safe driving' classes? I'd like to take one.

And I was told after my first suspension that your license is automatically suspended when you go OVER six points -- I believe six is the most you can have and still keep your license. The first suspension is 30 days. Also, if you manage to get up to 11 points (whether you've had previous suspensions or not), you automatically lose your license for 90 days.

And it's three points that comes off every year after your last moving violation or suspension? I thought it was only two ..
