Dude, a 3KGT VR-4 sucks once you have no grip. When they go sideways they are very unpredictable. Although I never hit anything I came pretty close to a curb or two.

Yeah I'll try to hook up my scanner that hasn't worked since we got it. It was not my car it was my Mom's. I have a Galant vr4.

yeah dude, its good that you're alright, I had the same kind of thing happen to me with the cops...they had a witness said I was doing almost 100mph when it was raing on a small street with traffic lol..needless to say I think they just see a young kid+nice car and assume the worst.

What do you mean? I don't understand do you mean after I buy it back? The car is totaled the frame is atleast a 15degree angle so the only way its getting rebuilt is if somebody finds it in a junkyard and does a tube chassie. I'm most likey going to part it out. The motor is still good because I had to shut it off when I stopped unbeliveable I know. So after i'm done stripping it for what its worth if someone wants to take it out of here be my guest.

well only reason im askin u if you would sell is because my dad has a 92 stealth r\t non turbo and wants to make it 5spd i dont know if yours is 5spd or auto. but give me a price through pm for the complete 5spd swap and possibly the motor with harness \ecu\ and awd set up maybe.

uhh not to burst your bubble. im not sure how familiar if at all you are with the 3s cars. all vr4 modles are only available with a standard manual shift transmission. first gen's are 5 speed like this one. second gen's are 6 speed (94-99). if you buy the transmission off this car you will need to do something about the driveline. either mod the trans by blocking off the transfer case. if you don't and you just bolt it up only installing front axels, you will elak all your transmission fluid from the out put shaft. or you'd have no choice to go awd. its a good amount of work. not impossible. but certainly not practicle. if your dad's nonturbo just needs a 5 speed conversion. find a good doner car and take the parts out of an sl model, not an awd.

hans from ground zero performance converted a front wheel nonturbo to a twin turbo all wheel. but he got an auto trans somehow.

from japan, believe it or not their was no such thing as an SL in japan its was called the GTO SR and that was nonturbo AWD, all the 3000GT models or GTO where always AWD. thats how he got the trans.
