no they wont, even though they will probably walk earlier the minimum sentence will be more than 2 years, my dad got like 15 and the absolute earliest he could be released was like 5 and that was not only good behavior but voluntary rehab, inpatient rehab, and like 3 years on prohbation while still attending outpatient rehab and random drug tests

plus, funny thing is people that get raped a lot are the ones that end up blowing up and trying to hurt someone, then end up getting more time haha
