Id say a red cage...
About being hurt hitting your head on it... I got hit on my drivers side b/c I pulled out infront of a lady in a Grand Am going ~35-45 mph. Enought to say, I whacked my head off the pillar, and it only hurt for a few hours and left a little lump for a few days. My knee also went through the plastic around the steering column, that hurt more than anything else. Dont your seats sit low enough where as you shouldnt have any worry about hitting your head? I know my crappy APC seats sat to high and in the accident, the left bolster actually snapped off (**** APC). Now I have Corbeau seats in my new car and sit MUCH lower. In the event of an accient with my low corbeau seats, I would have to have my harnesses pretty loose to go high enough or far enough to the side to hit my head. I plan on having a cage in the car by this fall. |

Do what nobody else has done before---- get someone to fab you a cage then have sandals go nuts on it with some sandpaper and metal polish and have a polished cage
