actually no its not. at first after reading the rule quickly i though it was but after reading them very closely it is leagal.

but it is still good to hid you mods because you dont give away speed secrecrets or let people know what your running

looking good. I;m preatty sure that's the first time I've seen the exhaust exit there, but it makes sense weight wise

thats one of the main reasons why i made it exit there, well that and i think its bad ass

You might get a little sleepy if you sit in the driver's seat with the car at a stand-still for too long (carbon monoxide)!

the exhaust completely exit the car, also i dont plan on having the car sit while running for long
