btw car missfires once it hits 18 psi
I have yet to determine exactly what was taken out before I got the car. The e-manage was blank. The e-01 had to be disconnected. I replaced the plugs. The originals were finger tight and a little off with the gap. Fixed that.

The misfire was prob due to lack of fuel on the stock injectors. I don't know how it ever got up to 18psi with all the leaks I found. EVERYTHING was leaking, including the block off plate which was put back on with the stock surge valve on top of it and rtv on the wrong side. The bolts were not tight. The BOV never worked. I've since replaced all of that.

The car is running fairly well at a steady 15psi with the 50 trim and stage 2 injectors. I have a return line and fuel pump ready to go.

Revitup Will? I've done a lot to the car since you've seen it last

That simply amazes me. I never got that boost controller right with the stock turbo. It works great with the 50 trim though! Had to replumb everything naturally.

Yea he did, because you bought it right?

Sorry, lame joke, but we all knew Scott and i've heard every story from Stage 3 with nitrous to GT40 turbo, but when we popped the hood it was all simple bolt ons. I remember he had another shop put a boost controller on the car and then came to me saying the thing was running 21psi all the time. When I looked at the MBC it was all backwards and had line running to places that made no sense. I know the shop that put it on, and they definatley know better then that, and they even told me it was fine when they put it on. He just happened to be trying to turn up the boost and pulled it all apart and tried to put it on himself.

I mean I actually laughed when I saw where some of the vacuum lines were running.

Ask Ray, Scott has told several people that he was a tech for Revitup, that he worked for PES, and that he Dad has a Cayenne Turbo. None of which are true. It's really a shame too because he doesn't have to be like that at all.

If you need any help with the car let me know. I know a little something about neons.

hahahahahahahahaha thanks mike i think you just unleashed the devil in me.

i remember that , he went into my wifes very own job telling people he worked for us. he failed to realize that my wife worked there till a few weeks later.

scott if you are reading this, im sorry but i have to take this guys side because when i comfronted you about what auto strada had told me about the mods you told them your car had, you told me you didnt care about the car or the person who buys it because the deal is done and you now have an evo. thats wrong dude!!!! btw i heard you grenaded your motor on the evo acouple of days ago.

Wow, what a jackass. I redid all those vac lines, pulled most of the stock ones out, and all is well now with the 50 trim. I'm not sure if the boost controller was setup wrong or not, but I did have to switch the ports it uses to work with the external wastegate. (see pics here: http://www.srtforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=310353 ) If you know anything about srt's and hanging revs, I have a small prob with that at the moment.

One of the stupidest things that he did is have the catch can backwords! The breather filter was on the PVC, and the can on the vent side. There was no vac line going to the valve cover at all. There was oil all over the computer and surrounding wires because it was spreying out of the open port in the can which wasn't mounted anywhere. The first thing I did was setup the catch can correctly.

Actually, I wouldn't doubt his dad has a porsche considering his house is for sale: http://www.trulia.com/property/11962...wtown-PA-18974

But, all I know that address is a lie too. He did get my letter, however.

autostrada does a lot of shady stuff, horrible body/detail people. Most of there cars are crashed and fixed. I remember seeing your car there, sucks it happened but shoulda looked around and found out that there not a great dealer. It seems like most of there cars have problems or had problems and were sloppily fixed.

the dealer should of inspected the car really good and made sure the parts that scott said were on the car were on there, so i guess i cant blame scott too much.

justa FYI, autostrada knows nothing about the cars they sell, they go directly from the word of the owner. owner pays fee to autostrada, owner gives details/history of vehicle, autostrada lists the car, plain and simple. i know its a crappy situation, but I don't think you can accuse autostrada because they're just representing the actual seller, not the car. the car isn't in their name. i know what you mean though, it shouldn't have been listed like that. i know autostrada has gotta have a HELL of a lot of insurance, because the cars on their lot are worth probably close to a half-million collectively.

i'd keep contacting the owner. if you bought it 'as-is' from autostrada, I think you're screwed. BOL to ya, I hope you get it worked out
