I hear atari released all code for the jaguar.... need to find me a good emu for it

hmm maybe you guys can help me out here, i'm trying to remember all of the systems that launched at the dawn of the 64 bit era. i can remember:

jaguar
playstation
n64
3do
saturn or dreamcast
and there was something else...something crappy all i can remember is it had a remote type controller and it was made by panasonic maybe? anyone have a clue what im talking about?

Ranger X was the ****. I used to rent that game all the time back when I played Sega. Sucks I was never able to buy it. I bet I could buy it now.. but why? lol I loved driving the little car thing.
