I just got news that we are no longer allowed to meet at Fresh Works.

There was no single event that caused this, just something that had been building up over time. We had a pretty good run there especially considering the regular traffic through the area and the size of our group. I'm just happy we made it through the warm months and now we have the cold months to figure out a plan for next spring.
Please spread the word to everyone you know because we are no longer welcome to meet there... if you do show up you will be asked to leave immediately so save everyone the trouble and just don't show up.
Be sure to tell your friends who aren't already on TST to check the Upcoming Events section on here for a new plan sometime in the future, because we'll be sure to figure out a solution by the time the temps are bearable again.

I know it's not very far...but how about the Shop-n-Bag shopping center at the corner of 332(Almshouse Road) & 232(2nd Street Pike)? Was it people at the shopping center complaining or were the local police complaining about it? If it were the police, I may be able to have my uncle talk to the Chief in Northampton Twp.

If anyone does have any ideas on a new location to set up then please look into it and then get back to me with what you find. Please do the research on it first before coming to me or talking about it here to avoid extra work and confusion.

I'd also like to propose a weekly bar meet over the winter... Thursday nights as normal but finding a spot inside to go to and hang out, or even go to different locations each week if thats what the group wants. For the winter at least it just seems like a better environment (for those over 21 at least). Since it is a 21+ thing, we can still do an outdoor meet once a month.

I'd propose that we have a MONTHLY meet over the winter... once a month whether its the first or last thursday of the month, or whatever. Less time standing out in the cold and it should get a better showing since its a little less frequent. We will also have an easier time meeting somewhere if its not as frequent. And dont forget it will give everyone more time to miss each other so we'll be completely drama-free (ha!).

I think the guys on this forum can figure out something for mandee and colleen.

As for this week i don't know what we know last minute. I know we aren't gonna get chased out of a resturant parking lot for meeting there once then that gives us a whole week to lock down another spot unless we wanna go to once a month starting in november.

why doesnt' everybody go down to n.e philly? sunday night spots... there are like 4 places to meet, you won't get kicked out of ALL of them. it is also only like 15 minutes from the fw meet.

well thats when we had like 20 cars and no one doing burnouts or stupid ****. now i cant say that isnt gonna happen over time. but as long as EVERYONE is responsible it shouldnt be a prob.
