Question for our big brothers

Okay currently i have a large caravan as the home. Yet i have 2 mill so i can afford a small house. Is it worth just buying the house than later trading up for a medium house??

I think it worth it to get the small house and trade up. Your awake increases(to train harder)...plus, its not like you lose any money by trading up instead of just shooting directly for a med. or large house.
