Well, it went easier than planned. Chris was there, my neighbor helped, and my buddy Mike and his kid showed up. The cab is on and it looks like the firewall/exhaust manifold clearance is good.

Deon and Bonehead showed up, and Bean was on his way, but we got the cab on before they arrived.

Thanks for the help and the offers to help. This is a big step toward reclaiming my garage!
