Installed the apsdr525 fmic yesterday...only thing I didnt like was how APS provided cheap hose clamps instead of the T bolt style clamp.

With a front mount you get less heatsoak and detonation which means you can up the boost and gain extra power. It has a bit more lag but more pull up top. This core is 33" whereas my Turboxs core was 25" so it fills in the bumper completely. For subwrxkid--turbo is db18G. Thanks for all the compliments.

looks sweet man. You should trade for a RS hood and wingless trunklid, that'd be the hottsauze!

I have an RS also and the hood is way too heavy, and I was previously wingless but opted for the wrx wing again.

I didnt paint it...the aps intercooler comes in either black or silver. I opted for black.

im not sure how i feel about the black intercooler

on one hand i think that shinny front mounts look awsome but on the other hand i like the whole sleeper aspect of the blacked on one
