Driving With a Pemit

I jus got my permit and i've driven with it to work and back. School is starting soon and I'm planing on driving to school and my vocational school as well. These are the only places Im going to be driving to until i get my license. What would the consequences be if a New jersey officer was to pull me over for speeding or just a broken tailight? Would the consequences be any diferent if i have a passenger next to me with a licence? And would it be any diferent if I were to get pulled over in another state such as PA? Thanx

you are still unlicenced you need to have someone with you in the car that has a licence.. if you get stopped and only produce a permit you are going to get a unlicenced driver ticket and get your car towed...
