I have a gun, but no permit to carry. Its sitting in my underwear drawer unloaded. I really need to get some ammo for it so I can use it as a hole punch.

Silly little .22 lol. If I'm lucky I'll get through the front of the skull and cause a lot of brain damage from the slug bouncing around.
Thanks, now we know right where to head when we sneak into your house......we'll bring our own ammo.

If you're a PA resident than yes. PA doesn't tack any additional restrictions on gun ownership, just whatever the Feds say they have to do. Now don't come over from Jersey and try to buy a handgun in PA, cause you'll just get yourself in a hep of trouble.

ok everything everyone said about where you can and cant carry is true.
No schools.
No goverment buildings of ANY form
No Movie theaters (weird one)
No BARS!!! yes NO BARS!!!
BUT, you can carry into pubs ie: bars that also sell food :P And reasurants.
Walmart frowns upon it (got asked to leave one time because I printed)

Concealed = hidden. not "oh well my shirt is over it but you can totally see it throught the shirt"
If you print ie:"show outline" That is the same as brandishing.
Although PA has this wacky law about some stupid Amendment "The right to keep and bear arms"
You legally don't need a CCW to carry in PA. If you have a holster outside your person readily available, they cant say ****...Although the PO PO don't like it much :P
If you can find me in a law where is says movies, bars, or government buildings i will be impressed.

The movie thing is just owners law.. try and get into a Regal with one, not gonna happen :P But there is something about the movie theater thingy tho...cant find it.

Go to your local Sheriffs office. Ask them. Its what I was told and shown by my Sheriff. Of course that is the only place to apply for a ccw anyway so might as well ask

Courthouse-no.
Police station- duh...
Municpal building of any form- no
Schools- no
