I won't touch a mantis either...those ****ers can and will attack if they feel threatened. I'm sure a finger tastes just fine to them....

and spiders...ick...though, I have been tempted to get a small aquarium for a spider of some sort.

haha, if we find anymore of the egg sacks at work then I'll post it up in the for sale section ass Free mantis's(sp?).

but bad news is i think it's an annual thing and the egg laying season is already over. maybe next year.

according to my reading up on mantids last night it is over. They usually start hatching around mid to late last month and run around terrorizing other bugs this month

haha, always park where you can see your car.

Waitresses always look at me funny when I request a certain seat where I can see my vehicle. When they ask why, I dont even hesitate to tell them.

Glad you let it go. I see them all the time at my parents house. Where I am now... I never see them. I never understood why they were endangered becasue I would see them all the time. I guess it all depends on where you live??
