I took Tae Kwon Do since I was 5 yrs old, Started Jujitsu when I was 12, and than kickboxing when I was 16, After hurting my knee playing football all my sports and arts came to an end. Currently first degree blackbelt due to the fact I stopped training for awhile and began to teach here and there at a local karate school.

I tried that as well but I was 6'2", 215 lbs while everyone else in the class was about 5'7" 140lbs.....I didn't last very long there.

At which school? Every school that has taught kenpo other than Scott's, Nackord's, or Lewis's that I have seen or gone to really isn't that good in comparison because they teach really really bad habits.

Scott knows what he is doing - That's why Jenna Droluk is that terrible of a fighter considering she was at this school for 8+ years and I have sparred with her plenty of times before.

At the 2004 IKF/TKO Amateur North American Classic, Droluk defeated Jennifer Thyssen of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA by unanimous decision 29-27, 30-26 & 30-26. At the 2003 IKF North American Championships she defeated Terrie Hicks of Augusta, Georgia, USA by split decision, 49-46, 46-49 & 47-49. At the 2003 IKF/TKO USA Amateur Nationals she defeated Bobbie Brown of Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA by TKO at 1:56 of round 2.

She had been doing kickboxing a year prior to this win.

You have probably gone to classes that fight as though it was tournament point fighting - yeah, that's a garbage school.
