ah ha! i know him too... (i think) name is colin. fred knows him because they are in the same business (without actually saying where he works). apparently he's been told about the meets and always says he'll come but he never comes through.

his car is COBB stage 2 w/ invidia jet coated downpipe & borla hush - back. he also has a speedmonkey heat chimney. he lives in jersey & has known about the red robin meet & TST for quite sometime but i cant seem to convince him to come out to one of the meets. whatever.
