Do they make silencers for the g35 coupe and 350z? I'm in the market for another car and looking at other things beside NSX's and the g35 coupe interested me for the longest time until the dealer finally gave it to me for a long test drive. I took it on the highway and the drone at 60mph kills me, I was checking out some other forums and this drone is intentional so I wanted to see if I could get rid of the drone.

If you guys are wondering no I've never had aftermarket exhaust. The only after market exhausts I really like are the Tubi exhausts on ferrari's and a borla exhaust on the nissan sentra se-r spec v's.

i wouldn't put silencers in it since it will rob power from the engine.

Yeah why would you want to drone out the sound. On my R32 there is a vacume/baffle that stays closed until about 3300 rpms. I took if off so it is open all the time.

An aftermarket exaust will not be as quiet as stock.

So probably would find a more suitiable car. Maybe a ......

I have an 06 350z and I don't know what you're talking about.. but there is no bad drone at all.. there must've been something wrong with that one there's just a good stock exhaust note under a good amount of acceleration. Besides, who goes 60mph..? :P

i don't have any drone in my car on the highway at all. When I step on it the growl comes out lol but not a drone at all. Its actually pretty quite.

Get a Touring-style exhaust, rather than a high-output style.

there are 2 types of exhausts for the g35c? wow, I never knew that. Live and learn.

Blitz makes a touring exhaust for the coupe.
