I have only seen one car fully dipped and it has a pretty heavy texture to it. Do these matte colors come out smooth when done right or do they all have a bit of a texture to them?

If sprayed properly they come out fairly smooth. It looks like a very very light orange peel in most cases.

you can see the texture in the lettering on the hood in the photos. certainly isn't as smooth as paint.

All base colors lay out as a matte. If you want a gloss finish you can lay a few coats of the glossifier on top of it.

So believe what you want Jersey peeps. Cause when you leave your state and people ask you where you are from, we all know you want to lie cause secretly you are embarrassed by how much it sucks.

Not as a base color but I can mix that color no problem.

The rough texture in the pictures was mostly due to the temperature of the garage we were spraying in. Unfortunately my garage is uninsulated and the average temperature in the garage couldn't have been more then 40F on that day. As a general rule of thumb, if able, you want to keep your working area at least room temp or the plasti dip tends to dry faster which not only effects the smoothness of the finish but gunks up your spray gun something fierce.

Yea cold dip = no bueno.

I will be hopefully moving into my new building soon in Stroudsburg, PA once that happens I will become a Tst vendor for all 3 of my companies but I still am open to working with members on here for sponsorship instead (hey free stuff is always better right?) so If anyone is interested in that option please just PM me and we can work it out that way.
