So I have a Nikkor lens on CL for sale..... guy has been trying to talk me down on price for like 2 weeks now. I checked out his photography page, good lord. I've never seen so many HDR shots and over saturated instagram looking bull**** from a so called pro.

contacted Maverick (the maker of my digital thermometer that failed me last weekend) seeing what they will do to make me a happy customer. $60 for a digital thermometer to last under 6 months is BS!. funny thing is, they are located in the same industrial park as the company I work for.

I think its funny when you don't like their photo and they get so butthurt rather then taking it in stride and learning.

I don't know **** about photography... but I do know when I'm at a meet and it is gloomy and I see pics with grass the color of ninja turtle ooze there is a problem. Or your car looks like its made of chrome.

HDR has my interested though. I've seen some really good nature shots of exotic birds, reptiles, and fish that were amazing.

Me either they feel like a cheap $15 digital thermo you get at a bigbox store. But, they said to stop by and pick up a replacement probe set under warranty. So thats not to bad. but once it's out of warranty, not sure i will be so happy having to get new $20 probes.

I'm definitely not that close to even thinking I'm ok as a photographer. I need more time with the camera than I have. I love taking pictures of cars and I just sort of play with it to try and learn.

I've only used mine for work. Been thinking of selling it off. But I know I would never be able to afford it all again. Which is why I haven't.
Probably going to sell off my brewing stuff. I should be able to make a decent amount back of what I spent.
