Auto ECU looks for sensors that don't exist therefore bypasses a bunch of random things. Higher Rev limiter (7.2k), no 5th gear rev limiter (5k or so or 110-115mph), etc.

M30's are basically an S13/Z31 hybrid as far as parts go. Like you said, you can swap in S13 running gear without hassle, they run R200 Differentials and some other stuff.

As far as 5-speed swapping them it's actually pretty straight forward like you said. The fire walls have holes in them from the factory for a clutch pedal and you can use a Z31 NA transmission along with the clutch and that stuff. IIRC, the trans cross member needs to be modified and you'll probably need a custom DS but it's really not a big deal.

If you're swapping to S13 front subframe though, you may as swell go SR or something like that VG30's are poop.

Stay ka. There is plenty you can do with a ka and the power is there with the right mods, and the motor and accessories are cheap. The only swap I would do is an ls and that's if I had no motor and trans, or a blown motor or trans. Honesty for 2k you can have a 300whp ka if your motor is healthy before hand.

I'm not a wisefab fan, the way their kit is setup is dumb. I don't know why they use a CNC-ed LCA vs a tubular one it just drives the price up. Also their strut top is really lame, it's basically like cheating and also renders your car FD/XDC/Most drift series illegal.

Also, how many 'cheap' S13's have solid KA's?

Oh, in that case, just fine like an base model dual cam and be awesome.

Only reason I say base model is because it's manual everything so it should make your 6 horse powers feel like 7.

Also, Aasbo's GT86 is kind of lame. It's basically his Supra motor in an GT86 unibody with a tonne of pre-production aftermarket parts.

i primarily refer to VW and anything related as the suckyness that is euro, hardly see anything beside that at meets or on boards. BMWs typically suck as well (having had nightmares working on them), but i make some exceptions with them.

also, for the most part, dodge is using some fiat frames for their cars. The motors have stayed mostly in the hands of GEMA, which keeps me happy.
