Naturals don't work great.

The synthesics aka designer ones are
Ok but hard on the liver

HGH if it's real is very expensive. Also messes with a lot of stuff like insulin ect. You are young. I would stay away from messing around with your test. Only way to do it is if you have a dr that will do blood work and monitor your levels.

Roids for example will elevate your redblood cell count and coming off can reek havok on your hormones. Also can cause depression. You end up really shutting down your natural production of test and at a young age that is a bad thing us older guys have it a bit easier. If you want to talk spacifics lmk. You should never go into any supplement without knowing the hard facts. I have done it all so I feel that I have a good knowledge in most of the garbage on the market.

I did some reading and consulting with some guys and am going to try an 8 week cycle of this. If I notice any obvious and bad side effects I'll cut it off. I'm on day 3 right now, so I think it's too early to tell, but maybe in another 2 weeks I'll have a better idea.

It's pretty new but a there's a thread on BB.com with people's actual bloodwork results, etc. and apparently its the real deal.

Let us know how it goes. Did the bloodwork results inlude a complete metabolic panel? I've read that oral testosterone can be hepatoxic. Is this possible with supplements like this?

Been about 2.5 weeks and I'm happy with it. Managed to get all my weights up a bit already and definitely seeing a visible change, more size and definition. I went from putting up 185lbs 5-6 times, now I can do 2x8 sets. All the logs people do are in this thread:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...&highlight=APE

I'll have some photos up either halfway through or at the end of the cycle.

Right now about 165lbs. I find that I'm getting stronger but not really putting one a lot of weight. Definitely seeing toning differences though.

I usually aim for as much weight as I can do 3x8. Usually warm up to it, if I bench I do a set at 155, then move to 185 for 2x8 and the 3rd as many as I can.

Are you always keeping the same workouts and set/reps? I haven't read all of this thread but you have to make sure you keep switching up your workouts, even if its just switching between dumbbell and barbell bench press, cable/dumbbell flies, etc. Also, try switching up your set/rep numbers. I'm not sure if you've ever tried doing 5x5s or 21s, but its good to switch things up to keep building muscle. You need to keep your muscles guessing.

Before (lol):

I'm noticing putting on a slight belly again but I'm trying to eat so much to keep myself going it's hard not to. Hopefully I can cut soon. Happy with how the back is doing so far, been back in the gym since 11-10-11 so here is today's shots
After:

Changes happen slower and slower the further I get into it . I did however just start this plan to change it up
