And thank you! We have a little bit of everything. Started the club with my cousin, and merged with another club that two of my friends were in. We got my lonely Pontiac, some Subaru's, some VW's, a viper, challenger. We're fairly small still, but we're some pretty awesome people. We have monthly meets (sometimes weekly with good weather), we have an awesome host place right on a major highway with awesome food and a big parking lot. Our first fundraiser is coming up on Saturday and it's going to be huge. I'm pretty excited about it. I know how to make cars LOOK good, and how to fix the basics. I'm also great at taking things apart, not so great at putting them back together. Once I got the aesthetics of my car where I want them, I want to work on the performance end of things, which I'm such a n00b with. My cousin's sure to regularly rub it in. So I figured this would be a great place to network/learn! |
