I just got my ka24de cylinder head done at Penndel Performance up in Penndel, PA.. The prices were alright I think.. $55 for a surfacing job but I ended up getting a 3-angle valve job done at the same time as well as other crap.. Total was like $430 something.. The owner of the shop, Mike I think, is super nice and helpful.. He mainly does v8's but you can ask if he does boxer motors..

I had Chase Machine do some work for me as well. The machinist (I forget his name) is really cool... try to deal with him or his father directly as much as possible, and not the owner of the shop who works upstairs in the parts store.
I might be giving him a call tomorrow morning actually, I'm in a bit of a pickle .

Chase Machine (215) 725-9800
The parts shop will answer, ask to talk to someone in the machine shop. Hopefully they'll put you through. I forget the guys name down there but he's really cool. Pete had his block done there and I had him do some work on Supra cams for me... if you mention either of our names or what we had done I'm sure he'll remember. I actually have to get in touch with him soon about some shims, haha.
Anyway, good guy and he gave me a good price on things so hopefully he'll be able to help you out. He does a lot of race motors which are mostly domestic, but he also had a handful of import motors there and I feel confident that he really knows his stuff and should be able to take care of you.

we build alot of suby motors here....we out source the block work to a machine shop that is very good and local to us. We assemble and spec everything out in house though. Let me know if you are interested and we can check it out.
Thanks, Vince

I take my stuff to automotive and industrial machining in souderton

A lot of the local dsm guys use them and I've used them quite a bit between my mr2s and the current teg. My buddy is having his turbo grand national block looked at by them too.

Greg is the owner and he's really cool
