Not a fan of that location if you're serious. Police hangout zone, patrolled all day, and drive by for any other cops that want to do their jobs. Like I said, if someone can PM me, that would be cool.

Post photos if you have them
Everyone loves photos. Of the location, cars that will be attending, perhaps a previous similar event, etc.

Make a list of attendees
Make a list in the first post and keep it updated so people can see who is attending. Even go as far as username and make/model of car.

After the event, follow up with photos
Everyone always wants to check out photos, whether they were there or they weren't. Make sure someone at the meet is taking photos and will post them online quickly while there is still interest about the day.

Sounds like a good location to me. Maybe the ricers will keep it down?

Everyone should know the location by now and if not we pm them Jim, why is that such a big deal here. We try to keep a successful meet going for everyone and noobs come in and act like it's a big game or joke.

First time out. Met some cool folks, too bad most of the cars had their hoods shut... although apparently that attracts theft (which I think is kind of ridiculous).

See you guys next Monday. Will be at cecil on wednesday in case anybody is going.
