this moring i spotted you at Robbins & the Blvd around 6:40 and yesterday basically the same spot and time. as the states, black wheels, a nice sounding exhaust, low, and Rev-hang like a mofo.

I saw this one once too. Not that many Mugen SI's running around the NE Philly area.
