Yea. You can go to your local giant and ask the meat guys for X amount of 2" thick cut boneless rib eye.

FYI. about 12 minutes on a side and then about 9 on the other on low temp(might have to use indirect heat not to burn the outside too much) and they will be cooked perfectly. Make sure to let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before serving(it really does make a difference). Also remember to cut the steak with the grain of the meat because it makes it virtually melt in your mouth. Of course, season to taste.

Now I want to BBQ this weekend...

Sunday is probally no good. Julie has to work and isn't sure what time she will get done. Weather is also 50/50 on the forecast.
