Anxiety attack for me = increased heartrate, chest palpatations, and the perception of severe stress.

My solution makes it melt away. Yeah, I may need a bottle of water afterwards, but it beats the heck out of spazzing out over absolutely nothing.

it is pretty much a zero risk just like when the eagles signed Vick. Only problem i possible see is a lot of teams being interested. I mean everyone passed on Vick (some teams even passed him up twice) before the eagles took him for next to nothing and look what he developed into. My concern is other teams wont let this opportunity pass up again especially with a talented WR

Yeah I know your solution works for a lot of people but it actually increases your heart rate... hence why I will stay far, far away from it.

My anxiety starts with dry mouth, increased heart rate, difficulty swallowing and then turns to feeling like my throat is closing up. Basically the same reaction I get from shellfish.
