Caffeine is bad mmmmk. I banned that ish from my body over a year ago and surprisingly, I feel 100% better. I used to be a 5 cans of Coke and 2 Red Bulls a day kind of girl, too.

This motor swap is becoming a headache but I think for the most part it's coming together... Just REALLY irritated with a certain company that has literally the WORST customer service in the world. They never answer their phones and they're realllllly rude and condescending.

Yea I woke up not feeling so good. Idk why. Cuz I really didn't drink that much. When I got home I got the spins on the couch. Then went to bed.

Same here. But, what sucks is the only way for me to get on here from work is my phone. And I can't get a signal from my desk. I have to leave,my desk and walk out of the enclosure I'm in.

I actually feel 100X better when I cut out caf drinks, sugar, eat slightly better, and actually work out/do things outside. I need to get back into that.

Cold turkey. I was obsessed with the taste of Coca Cola so at first I just drank caffeine free stuff. But then I stopped drinking carbonated drinks, too. I incorporated more things into my diet that provided healthier energy.

And yes, I know, everyone dies lol but caffeine just sucks for the control it has over your body.
