i'm not a "set to kill" type of driver either, but it'll still be fun getting beat by karl with his 2.0/hta68. i may have a lil more car but karl is a wicked driver. you only get better learning from people who are better. you don't have to beat on your car to get adrenalized at the track. starts for me as soon as the lane is called up.

ease into 1st gear, F the 60ft. then give it to her where you feel comfortable, the same as you do on the roads, i'm sure.

unless of course your still on the stock 5 speed....i understand your concern if thats the case. (no pun intended)

Well the inevitable happened: my 2.5 block and STI trans ate my R160 diff last Sunday so I decided to go with an R180 diff. I decided to persue the cheaper alternative especially since I already have the 4POT/2POT brakes. What we are doing is going with an 06 STI rear diff and mating it to hybrid axles crafted from the Legacy GT Spec B axles with WRX axle ends swapped on. I will keep you all posted on the outcome.

So Ryan what you are saying is your rear has been able to withstand an excessive amount of abuse.

Either that or he's not doing it right haha!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. But if you didn't break it, your not trying hard enough!

You don't know Chris then.
Things just seem to break when he uses them.

I break my car without eben trying. If I am really trying you could probably end up with an STI swap with me only driving about 200 miles ;)

That R180 rear makes a HUGE difference! I don't feel that sorta hesiation between shifts. Just gotta get the AC fixed and this baby is ready for summer! Hells Yeah! Thanks again to Jodie at Last Minute Motorsports for getting this sucker back on the road and doing some extra things that were needed as well. Can't wait to rack up some miles on this puppy!
