Reduced Ticket... close call

Cliff notes: I did somethnig stupid(everyone on TST has at one point or another), I got a lawyer and will get out of it, I will tell others to do it because you dont' "get in trouble", I learned nothing from my mistake.

i got a similar ticket several years ago. i got mailed a street racing ticket when i was the only car on the road. down on holsten just driving through (no one was there) and a cop pulled out and followed me. at the end of the road i went left and he went right. 3 days later a ticket shows up in the mail for street racing. i didnt pay a lawyer and just pled not guilty. took it to court (which let me tell you if you never been to the spring garden traffic court, it blows) and went in front of the judge. i knew i would never see this lady or the people in the room ever again so i fed her a bs story on how i was taking a short cut to the porn store. she gave me a warning and everything was dropped.

yea i gotta go to filbert street to the appeal court. thanks god i dont have to go to spring garden. that place is a MADDDD house

update: went to appeal court this past monday at CJC. Judge accepted my lawyers request. He is reducing the ticket to reckless 3 points with no suspension. i have to go back a second time to finish i guess "due process." Lawyer said its normal so i should have no worries at all. so im looking at mid june i will be back on the streets. so all in all, highway racing reduced (thank god), suspension wont be on record, less points, no more going out n watching races or street racing. i'll wait to hear the results or see the vid. plus im working over in jersey now so i have too much to risk to do dumb **** anymore. my time has past... e-town or atco tho... im game. prefer etown though. you dont have to go thru the wetbox!!!
