New set up for instrument panel.

Worked on the box I had made to house my cell phone permanently on the bike for my portable dashboard
Marking the window.

Cleaned the cuts up.

Used weather striping to hold the cell phone.

Bolted lid and bottom together.

Now to get the bottom set up to mount to the bars and then just get it powder coated.

Nice, what are you using to get all the info from the bike to the phone?

Finished up the box for my portable dashboard today. First drilled some holes in the bottom to mount to the plate i have that goes onto the stock risers.

Then the setup for the box to be mounted to the plate.

Then I realized I wont be able to bolt down the plate to the risers with the way I set it up so decided to just drill thru so I could tighten them thru the box.

Then cut along the top for the charger cable and my finger so I can turn off the phone.

And it kinda on the bike, not mounted all the way down.

Did the box really need to be quite that big?

Relax, bud. When the dude with a drag Honda and a boosted daily that has had fast Honda's for years AND fabs his own parts tells the new kids on the block that they're doing it wrong, it's time to step back and learn something.
