Hey all. Down in Miami until tomorrow night. Not the best part of Miami, but whatever. Just stopping in to say hi before I go off to help teach a class.

the commute was easy on this side of city too. i guess grade schools being off make the commute to much nicer.

I agree on the commute, the roads were fairly empty this morning, I liked it.

you might by accident once and a while but not intentionally. walking to the bathroom to take a whiz and going back to bed is techinically not being awake.

i was up 45 hours straight from wednesday last week to some time friday morning. got about an hour and a half sleep and continued on with life. slept ok fri and saturday, and didnt sleep at all last night.

its not that I want to keep on doing this, i just have a metric ton of **** running through my mind, and its keeping me awake.

are you working today? will you be free to get some food tonight?

i have been in that same pattern a few times in my life but not to that extreme. maybe i can pass along some advice that could help you in the short term. the stress of not sleeping day after day wears you down physically and mentally. it creates an aweful cycle.

yeah, im working today. Dont know if i'll be able to grab some food until later today/this afternoon. its not the stress of the lack of sleep thats bothering me. I'm used to having a ****ed up sleep schedule from working at the bars and doing random 3rd shifts at the airport. theres plenty of other stuff thats wearing me down physically and mentally, the sleep is just a bonus i guess? lol.
