There is a mid 30's asian guy who follows me around and tries to lift what I do. He usually has to SERIOUSLY reduce the weights as he's verrrry skinny.

I'd like to lean up but if I don't eat well I also don't have the stamina to work hard so I have to choose one or the other. I'm operating on the theory that if I get a lot of muscle it will raise my metabolism and I'll lose weight as long as I keep eating a normal amount of food.

And I have to say, your body makes some weird noises when you get into the higher weights. Hope everything is cool in there ;)

Anyway with regards to the weight conversation. I'd rather be fat and happy than the alternative. (skinny and miserable like so many of my peers). As a fat kid I have a distinctly more honest view of how women (and people in general) REALLY are.

Oh and I'm down to 40 pounds on dip assist and 50 pounds on chinup assist. Pretty soon I'll be able to hoist my fat ass into a pull-up. What a spectacle that will be!
what time do you guys usually go? is it that gym marina gave me trial cards to?

34-36C is ideal. Big boobs cause the secondary problem that most girls with big boobs tend to never shut up about it. Some girls I know with big boobs tend to ONLY talk about that. You'd think they pop out a couple kids with those quad D udders.

I go pretty late. Usually 8:30-10:30 or so. The time I stay there usually depends on how much of a wuss I'm being (and how much rest I need in between lifts). Monday, wednesday and friday. It's the one that Marina roped me into but ironically she doesn't go anymore. I never wanted to go to the gym to begin with because I don't like people in general, but I love having all the different weights and exercises available so I'm sticking with it.

The only annoying thing is having to hold back farts when they inevitably come from all the jostling about.

It's tough to get started but once it becomes your "thing" it's easier. I thought it would get rid of some of my road rage speeding tendencies but.. nope. made them worse if anything.

i can't wait to have surgery on my boobs. it sucks to be 5'7" and 140 with 36DDs. so many people want big boobs until they realize that its really hard to find clothes that fit right and they they can be extremely uncomfortable. i have back and neck problems because of those beasts. thankfully insurance covers it for me.

BIG BOOBS < hand sized Boobs

Too much junk in the trunk < slighty bigger hand sized buns
